PROGRAMS DIRECTOR

JOB TITLE: Programs Director

CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time

COMPENSATION: $47,000 to $50,000 annual salary

LOCATION: Frisco, CO | Summit County, CO

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

Colorado Learning Connections is seeking an organized, motivated, and collaborative Programs Director to lead the development, staffing, and daily operations of our academic support and enrichment programs. A primary responsibility of this position is overseeing the recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of staff for CLC’s after-school programs across all elementary schools in Summit County. The Programs Director will serve as the primary point of contact for school partners and program staff, ensuring adequate staffing, consistent program quality, and successful implementation at each school.

In addition to leading after-school programming, the Programs Director will oversee CLC’s team of 15+ contract tutors, coordinate student enrollment and scheduling, manage family communications, monitor program outcomes, and support the development of educational programming. Additional responsibilities include administrative and financial operations, community outreach, and collaboration with the Executive Director and Development Manager to support organizational growth. Approximately 10 hours per week will be dedicated to direct one-on-one academic tutoring.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in program management, staff supervision, education, or nonprofit administration.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, and manage staff.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, staff members, and school partnerships simultaneously.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and administrative systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Candidates should enjoy working with children and teenagers, be adept communicators both orally and in writing, and thrive in a collaborative community of progressive educators. Compensation depends on experience and skill set. This posting is primarily for tutoring at our headquarters in Frisco, CO. Must be available consistently Wednesdays from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. 

READING & WRITING TUTOR

JOB TITLE: Reading Tutor

CLASSIFICATION: Contract (exempt)

COMPENSATION: Starting at $25/hr

LOCATION: Frisco, CO

 ABOUT THIS POSITION: Colorado Learning Connections is seeking reading and writing tutors to join our team. Candidates should enjoy working with children and teenagers, be adept communicators both orally and in writing, and thrive in a collaborative community of progressive educators. Compensation depends on experience and skill set. This posting is primarily for tutoring at our headquarters in Frisco, CO. Must be available consistently Tuesdays and Thursday from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.

Compensation depends on experience and skill set. This posting is primarily for tutoring at our headquarters in Frisco, CO. Flexible daytime, evening and weekend hours available. Consistent weekly Afterschool availability (3:30 – 6:30pm, Mon-Fri) needed.
